how it works

  • Park your vehicle as usual.
  • Make a note of your 4-digit parking space number, clearly marked on the new parking space markers that have replaced the tops of old meter posts.
  • Look for any conveniently located e-park station. There are currently several e-park stations in the Main Street, Liberty, and State Street areas. You can use any of them on your way to your destination. The number of e-park stations will increase in the coming months.
  • The e-park station will ask you to enter your parking space number, the amount of time you require – maximum use up to the time limit available.
  • Follow the easy payment instructions. The e-park stations will accept both coin and credit/debit cards.
  • Once you have paid for your parking, you will receive a receipt. If you wish to add time hold onto your receipt and continue on your way. (Note: you do NOT need to display your receipt in vehicle).  Also please note, the posted parking time limit regulations are still in effect.
  • If you need to add more to your parking space, simply use any any e-park station to reenter your space number and add more time.
  • You can also park and pay by cell phone by calling 1-888-450-park (7275). (Follow these easy steps.)
